In his work as a filmmaker, Chris is primarily interested in the space between documentary and experimental filmmaking. Chris has worked on many narrative and documentary films both short and feature length, as a cinematographer and editor.

With degrees in Fine Art and Film and Television, he's worked on projects that occupy the spaces of experimental film and sound art.

Chris has just completed a residency at Watch This Space ARI in Mparntwe, living and working on Arrernte country.

Afifah's interest lies in exploring the interplay and interconnection of cultures within cinema. A member of Dogmilk Collective since 2020, her primary role in translation for VODmilk and documentary projects reflect her dedicated pursuit of enhancing the accessibility of alternative independent visual artworks, with a particular passion for bridging the cultural gaps between Australian and Indonesian cinema cultures.

A native of Makassar, Afifah graduated from Hasanuddin University with a degree in Communication Sciences and had spent time studying in Ireland, all of which were the milieus where she discovered and nurtured her passion for textual examination of films and the study of visual culture.

With a background in Communication Sciences, Wahyu always looks at creative issues holistically considering all factors, such as the construction of the message embedded in the film to projecting the effects of the film. Wahyu integrates the elements of critical and design thinking into his creative process.

As founder of young Makassar-based filmmaking collective 180 Dalam Kota, Wahyu is interested in exploring urban issues through documentary. In recent years, Way has gained experience as a creative director, cinematographer and editor for many short and feature projects,  art videos, tvc, fiction and documentaries produced in Indonesia, predominantly in South Sulawesi. He also actively involved in the creative-collective scene in Makassar, such as films, design, music, visual art, etc.

Sam is based in Naarm (Melbourne) where he works as an Assistant Director, and has just completed a Masters of Producing at the VCA. A member of the Dogmilk Collective since 2018, Sam has been contributing to the selection and organisation of screenings, and is committed to the production of his collaborators films. Sam managed the VODmilk online platform during the lockdowns of 2020, and has been developing and producing feature documentary Aluk since 2017.
